Lori Evans is a life-long
resident of Hopkins County and currently resides near Cumby. Lori
joined HRC Realty after spending the past 10 years working for the Miller
Grove ISD. Lori and her husband, Ricky, are members of the Brashear Baptist

Chris
Fleming is a life-long resident of Hunt County and currently resides
in the Commerce area. Chris graduated from East Texas State University, now Texas A&M -
Commerce, in 1995 with a degree in Industry and Technology. He is actively
involved with his Church. Chris is also a member of the REALTORS®
Land Institute. |

Janet
Williams is the most recognized name in real estate in
Commerce. Over the past 25 years, she has consistently been the top agent in the area.
Janet has lived in the area for nearly thirty years and was the owner and operator
of Janet Williams Real Estate before joining HRC Realty in
1999. Janet is a graduate of East Texas State University, now Texas A&M -
Commerce, and holds a real estate brokers license. She is involved with numerous
civic and community organization. |

W. K. Winn
has the
distinction of being the most experienced licensed Texas Real Estate
Broker in Hunt County. His area of expertise includes the marketing of commercial,
farm, ranch and residential properties.
In his long career in Real Estate, his involvement has included
land development, residential and commercial building and construction,
and of course marketing of all types of real estate, including commercial
and residential planned development projects.
W. K. has been a resident of Hunt County for over 8 years, and is
involved in many community organizations such as the Greenville Fine Arts
League, American Legion Post #1 and the Commerce Chamber of Commerce.

Quay
Throgmorton is the Owner/Broker of HRC Realty. After graduating
in 1995 from East Texas State University, now Texas A&M - Commerce, with a degree in Business
Administration, along with minors in Real Estate and History, Quay
began his real
estate career selling real estate throughout Northeast Texas. He is a licensed real estate broker who has earned the
Graduate,
REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Designation, Accredited Land Consultant (ALC)
Designation and is a 2000 graduate of the Commerce
Leadership Institute. He served as a member of the Commerce City Council
from 2003-2005 and currently is a member of the Hunt County Appraisal
District Board of Directors. Quay, his wife, Paige, and their son,
Evan, live in Commerce. |
